Well, I made a recent post related to my Friends list... and looking at it, I've 889(just found out about Timestones not being added) Friends, and I'm a friend of only 82(go figure).

Anyway, I saw this over on my wife's journal, and figured, what the hell? Let's post it here.

Part of being on LJ is inevitably gaining a number of LJ buddies. Unfortunately, as time wears on, it's easy to forget where all of them came from. Post this in your journal and have your friends respond with how they recall first meeting you.

This applies particularly to you lurkers. If you are a recent addition, and I might not know what face goes with your handle, or if you are a friend of a friend, or if we met once at a party.... Step up and present your fine self!

And that pretty much says it all.

I don't recall the exact thread in which we first exchanged pleasentries (read: insults and hurled bricks), but it was definitely on Red's old MB. The thing that sticks out in my mind most is the time you randomly gave me a shirt made of silk, laughed your ass off about it, and then I had no fugging clue what you were getting at. I can't believe you forgot about that. o_O

I think you wanted to talk to me about something on AIM a couple years ago, and, you did. I really don't recall a lot at first, just that we didn't talk as much at first. I've been in contact with Red a bit longer, but it was never more than sparse talk. The first time I heard that you and Red were related, I thought it was that you were siblings :x

Aye, that was me. Only major animated comic I ever did. Almost finished another but it bit it. Can't say I remember talking about it with you, although I had a feeling we'd been in conversation longer than I can recall. I only remember well enough to back when MMN started.
