Well, this blows.

Last week, I was on Amazon, and ran into a problem: Amazon told me that they had lowered the price of MegaMan Battle Network 6 (looking at Falzar version) since putting it on my Wish List. It was under ten bucks, and I was eager to get it... except they don't deliver to Canada. For some reason no one knows, or at least will tell you.

Worse comes to worse, I can have it sent to someone in the US, at least. One guy on #megaman-network said he'd even look into it over the weekend, but now I can't get an answer out of him, or an acknowledgement.

And I just checked Amazon.com-- they marked the price BACK up to around $20. Bloody hell. I was even tempted to get both versions at the other price (collecting and all that).

I've sent an e-mail asking what's up, but man, this sucks.

I can still order stuff from Amazon.com and have it shipped here, though. Just not video games or toys (thus far).

Huh, I never got an email about the price dropped. :(

Nor did I; it was on their front page.

Ohh... I guess I was a bit confused by your post. :|

Totally would've gotten both at $10 each. My enthusiasm for BN was severely killed by #4... And even though #5 was a huge improvement over the previous entries, it wasn't enough to persuade me to get #6 any time soon.

I believe the restriction on toys and games is due to the language issues; toys and games sold in Canada need to have French and English manuals, and most of Amazon.com's stock wouldn't have that. I know there've been some video games which were never officially released in Canada because company X didn't want to bother with the cost of making a French manual.

Fair enough; they should at least say that, though.

And I thought toys were marked with French, Spanish, and English now. I know a lot are, anyway; they shouldn't blacklist an entire category over that.

Stupid Quebec.
