So, have someone using proxy IPs to stir up trouble on a website.

Looking for advice to eliminate the troublemaker. Any advice.

Without further details... my first suggestion is to require registration.

He registers.

We ban him. We erase his user name or somehow block it.

He comes back, under a new one.

No real way to stop him. Only option would really be to require administrator approval on all new accounts.

If this is the board I'm thinking of, surely you're not getting *that* many new users per day that this'd be a problem, now would it?
