Help reunite a family.

From [livejournal.com profile] frankie23's journal:

Something horrible has happened. On Wednesday, August 15th, Tori took our little Georgie to the vet for a post-surgery checkup. Somehow on the way home, Georgie climbed up and out of the bag without Tori noticing. :( She put up posters that evening (I'm currently stuck in Cranbrook) and later that night we got a call from a girl. She reported that someone (Two males one younger and one older) picked her up, outside Urban Outfitters on Granville Street, sometime between 7 and 7:30 PM. They discussed how they saw her fall from a girl's bag and then were deciding who would bring her home.

( Here're the details on the poster )

This is good, because it means she's safe somewhere, but now I need to get in touch with whoever has her. Please, PLEASE repost this to your own journals. Please call if you hear of friend or a friend of a friend that found a domestic rat on the street. Please call. She is so loved and so missed and we are so crushed without her. I'm fucking heartbroken, all I can do is think of her being somewhere out there, missing her family. I need word to spread so I can find this guy and he can know that we are looking for her so we can get her home.

As I said, Tori has already postered the entire area of Granville St. (twice) and posted to any message board I can think of. She's calling and faxing vets today, Atlas and Arbutus (where she was coming home from), but if you can think of anywhere else in Vancouver that takes rats, your suggestions are highly desired. I need my little girl back, ASAP.

I can relate on this, but this is all I can do, not living anywhere near Vancouver. But, this is the internet, and I figure if anything, word of mouth might help, so if you can help spread the word, I'm sure it would no doubt be very appreciated.
