And please, spare me the anti-Yahoo sentiments, I've just run over about half of them in my mind as I type this. Seriously, though.
Yahoo's front page is acting... strange.
Before, if I'd move the cursor over the "Mail" link, part of it would open down and show me the latest messages I'd received. I rather enjoyed the feature. If the new mail was spam, I could just check back later and delete it then. The other parts of that section would open the same way, such as Weather, Local, Etc.
The "Featured" story links aren't behaving as they did, either. Before, you had the top story, and three other stories. Click one of these others, and it replaces the top story's photo, with some extra links. It was handy, usually if you missed one being the top feature earlier in the day.
Instead, they now act as simple links to just one segment of the feature.
I liked Yahoo as it just was only days ago, not how it is now, and it doesn't seem to be so different otherwise. Anyone have any idea what's going on, and if there's a way to fix it?
