Just had to share this, from an anonymous poster in shortpacked's journal.

VERY minor spoiler to the movie, barely a spoiler at all given the relation to the commercials' "if my mom sees you out here, she's gonna freak" part. But, just in case, behind a cut anyway.

But if you've seen the movie, admit it. The possibility of this has probably crossed your mind, if you didn't have such an experience.

Since everyone has already stated my feelings. I will say one funny thing that I only experienced. There was a 7-year old next to me. Now you may be wondering, "So?", but in the scene where Sam's mom asked if he was masturbating(after they were asking about the noises and lights), he kept asking his dad what "masturbate" meant. GLORIOUS. And then there was a group of teens in front of us who kept talking and were retarded in Transformers. Now don't go all "They're new fans." on me, thet didn't even know who Optimus Prime was.

Not to sound like a prude, but where in the world does that fit into a world of warring robots? It seems just a bit out of place, and I don't mean in an "Oh shit!" kind of way. XD

Haven't seen the movie yet? It's kind of hard to go into without a bit of describing everything.

Long story short, Sam had his door locked in a house where they don't like the doors, and was making noise when he was actually looking for something. They drew the wrong conclusion.

I had a bunch of little boys sitting around me, and none batted an eye. XD (I would assume they don't know what it means yet). But really, I was happy to see them so enthralled with the movie. The two boys right by me were clinging to their new Transformers toys during the entire film.

Later after seeing the movie I was yaking with my parents and my dad asked if Optimus Prime was the bad guy. (they hadn't watched it) Myself, and my mom corrected him that Prime was the good guy and I told him Megatron was the bad guy. He then said something along the lines of "So Optimus Prime doesn't transform into Megatron".

kind of odd and funny. The conversation was a bit smoother than I make it out to be.
