Well, almost, but not precisely. It's just a brand name of chocolate-covered macadamia nuts that come from Hawaii. So yes, you CAN get gift baskets of it, but that's not exactly what it is!
They can only be found in Hawaii (and some airports), but of course you can order online. I may be biased, but I think they're the best milk chocolate in the world. I'm a fan of their Maui Caramacs, but the classics are the best.
