Indeed, I do wonder why the reduction in their use. I don't mind Bowser Jr., but at the cost of those 7?

And what's with the Mario Party Koopa Kids? Sakes...

Anyway, at least they were bosses in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, which is on that list of games going on sale at Best Buy today (mentioned in an earlier post).

Ah, and following the link back, there's where I saw that Iggy was inventor of the machinery the Koopas use. I wonder where that originated from, though?

I just watched the Complete Super Mario Bros. DVD Vol 1 + 2. and I eagerly await the Super Mario 3 show in a few months.

but man do Mario and Luigi sound odd in that clip, especially since Bowser, Toad and the Princess sound the same. but Im super eager to see SMB3 I remember as a kid that it had much darker stories than the Super show, I mean even with Koopa right there commanding his kids to destroy the 7 continents, he seems competent,

where as I just saw like 100 episodes of Hooknose Koopa, Koopa von Koopenstein, J Edgar Koopa, Koopa Koopa Galli, Napoleon Koopapart, John Bull Koopa...

Actually, Princess had a different voice, too. Just not as different, I suppose.

Not sure I'd call the SMB3 shows "darker," but I did like them because they more often kept closer to the source material, with less Koopa Kosplay.

I do want Super Show vol. 2, tho. I just wish it were sold here.
