I travelled to four or five Best Buys last year when they did this same clearance sale, and ended up with absolutely nothing.

Chances are they're already sold out of most of this stuff.

...not that it's going to stop me from stopping by when they open tomorrow. *lame*

Has anyone said if this will also be for the Canadian ones or not(even at slightly raised prices, that is still a good deal)

Never the less, I would make a trip to Buffalo, but all the BBs I know there are closed...would have been a fun conversation at the border, though;

I've not heard anything about Canadian stores doing this, and they almost never, if ever, share the same specials.

Doubt they'll have anything left, but worth a shot since I have today off.

Stopped at Best Buy. They had like, none of the games on the list.

So I was wtfing over this. How could they have an insane sale like that with... nothing to have sale over? O_o (Granted, I overlooked the x-box games because those weren't what I were looking for XP)

I didn't check the other one as it's WAAAAAAAAAY over in the west and I'm rarely in the west side of the city. >_< However, I was at the east side one six minutes after it opened. There were fellow geeks wandering around and couldn't find anything either.

I just checked during my lunch break and they didn't have any of those titles. Not a single one. I kinda expected it, but still, I was pissed.

I checked to make sure they were having this sale first, because I didn't see any sale signs anywhere. One of the employees pointed out that the games on sale would have tiny stickers in the upper-right corner... But the only ones I could find were 9.99, 14.99, or 19.99. Funny, when I checked the full list there wasn't a single game listed over 9.99...

I did see one price card with 1.99 on it, though (without the actual game it was for). I'm calling "scam" on this one. That, or dopes around the country, having failed at making money on the PS3, snapped up every single copy they could find in the hopes of making double profits on eBay.

Then again... Best Buy's stock of games was never that great to begin with...

I managed to find three games from the list I wanted: Lunar Dragon Song, Lumines, and X-Men Legends (Cube). For some reason the last Best Buy I went to also had Tales of Phantasia for the GBA on sale half price. Not gonna complain.
