Interesting... as far as I remember, the German version had complete (albeit cheesy) lyrics added to the opening next to the chorus only singing his name.
I've seen this before and, of course, I think the mustache made him look way too much like Inspector Clouseau. At the same time, it doesn't look too bad.
I wonder whose job it was to go and edit out of the mustache for every frame of the intro animation. Haha.
It takes some getting used to.. But I kinda like how he looks with the mustache. He looks a little more like someone you could take seriously at first--and for some reason it adds an element of consternation to him dealing with his own malfunctioning devices and bumbling incompetance XD
