lbd_nytetraynCan't seem to sleep. Go figure. When I have been asleep lately, though, I've had some... interesting dreams. Which is interesting in itself, because I almost never have dreams(well, they say when you sleep, you dream, but I never remember 'em). However, I've had a couple of pretty good ones lately...
First one, I was cast in Power Rangers Dino Thunder. Coolness. So now I had a job, and it involved something I love. And probably something well-paying that I loved. And better still, for whatever reason, some of my favorite Ninja Storm Rangers were staying on as well. Even better. :D
Sadly, I awoke before we even started taping. Before I even got to read a script, too. What's weird is, it was one of those "real" dreams... those dreams that just feel so real when you're having them that when you wake up, you don't know what's what anymore.
Sigh. Why couldn't being a Power Ranger be MY reality? :( Hang out with hot chicks, pilot cool mecha, use wicked weapons, and kick lots of ass.
Ironically, my second dream was also PR related. I don't remember the details, but I do remember that I was the Titanium Ranger. I wasn't Ryan, but it was me, as the Titanium Ranger. Which was cool, I always thought that one was neat. Love the axe.
In other news, I'm finishing up my Trannies ballot right at the wire. Fandom stuff kinda threw me. I hang out and post at the Allspark all the time, but some of it, I just felt unqualified to answer.
Funny thing is, I never expected to end up nominating my own wife for an award for best fanfic, best fanfic author, and any related award in that category. I mentioned the category without even thinking about it, and she wanted me to nominate her. To which I replied that I couldn't, because she'd never written a TF fic before... or HAD she? Now I think she regrets ever having brought it up, because as we speak, I'm finishing up my ballot and sending it. God help me, I hope it makes it in. Because I included a full transcript of her fic there as well. Should be good for a laugh. Be a nice way to mark my first Trannies entry as well.
