lbd_nytetraynJust want to start by saying the Yu-Gi-Oh manga rules. Yami would scare me if I didn't enjoy watching him so much.
We finally got a Blockbuster account, and rented a couple of 99 centers from the kids' section. "TransFormers Generation 2: More Than Meets The Eye" being one of them. Red hates the Cybertronic Uglyonic Stupidonic Space Cube too.
Speaking of TransFormers, it's interesting how their robot talk is interesting, amusing, and somewhat fitting, while in other cartoons, specifically MegaMan, it comes off as forced, unfunny, and just makes you want to groan.
Red unhooked the CD-ROM drive/burner earlier. I might take a look at it, since she doesn't seem interested/know what to do. Not that I do, either, but who can afford repairs?
God, I'm going to end up breaking it, I'm sure...
God, I suck. I spent the first part of the night working on my resume', sending that off, and then worked on the bio sheets for my EXE Dragon Knights. They're done, for now. Tentative, that's what they are. I just happen to know more about them as a group than as individuals. Kinda sucks, but that's how the originals started, too. At least I can base the Navis pretty solidly on their 21XX(aka MegaMan X) counterparts, and then base the Operators on that. Still, I'm coming up a bit short, and they're all fairly similar to one-another for the most part.
Anyways, as I was saying, I suck, due to the fact that after I did all that, I'm not sure if I have it in me to write my Legends fanfiction or not. Sucks. Hopefully today/tomorrow.
Speaking of today, I go back to the YMCA for more career guidance. Whee. At least, thanks to my parents, we can get a table today as well.
MegaMan X7 is coming. I am excited. Now I just need a job, money, and a PS2 to be ready for it. Sigh.
Saw some of Gary the Rat earlier. Kind of funny. Not as funny as My Olympic HeroÔ Kurt Angle rapping, though. "I didn't think it was possible, but there's someone here who's even whiter than I am!" --Kurt
Archie Comics should have a Sonic website. Just a thought.
New Ren & Stimpy isn't too bad, either. Something old, something new...
DreamWave's MegaMan forum seems to have died lately. Makes me wonder if it'll be lucky enough to have it's MegaMan comics touch on the kind of numbers that TransFormers and Sonic have accumulated over time. One can hope...
Mina(the Mongoose, I think) is cool, btw. Pity Spaz can't seem to draw her as well as the interior artists. I still need to get caught up. I glanced through the recent issue when I saw Shadow on the cover. I have some stuff to catch up on, it seems, and I look forward to finding out what's happened.
Blade 3 seems to be underway. Blade and Alucard from Castlevania should team up. Between them, they'd have a whole vampire, and a whole lotta ass-kicking.
Was going to rent The Terminator, as Red's not seen it yet. Someone else had the same idea, apparently. Several someone else's in fact. Damn.
The sequel to TransFormers: The War Within is coming. And Furman and Wildman, from the end of the Marvel G1 series, are teaming up for it. I'm excited, and I'd be moreso if I had #6 of the first series. Damn. Incidently, I hope Don Figueroa(sp) is still doing the designs...
