lbd_nytetraynOh, and just 'cause I liked it so much, I'm posting a review of the last ep of Armada soon. Tomorrow, hopefully. Rich in spoilers, but a necessary evil to prepare for Energon...
And speaking of Energon, we're seeing the first toys up here now... that is FAST compared to Armada. I'm loving Ironhide, despite his visible face in vehicle mode. The other was Scavenger recolor Treadbolt. :P
Btw, someone at YTV hates me. And the feeling is mutual. Last Friday, I set the VCR to tape my usual block of shows. TransFormers: Armada, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT, and Inu-Yasha.
Armada was the final ep. A great ep, and things were off to a grand start. Time for the new ep of Yu-Gi-Oh... except that it wasn't. It was an old rerun from near the beginning of the show. Ok, it happens. At least there's DB...
...or so I thought. Also an early ep I'd already seen. But it's ok, I'd read most of the manga from and beyond that point. So GT would make up for it...
...or not. First ep. We're like, 5 eps in on a once-a-week run, and they're doing reruns. They did that for DB before as well...
Spider-man is normally among those, but I'd read that the one the week before was the last ep of the season. I figured it was a cliffhanger, but apparently I was dead wrong. So I caught enough to tell me as much, and it cut off.
Finally, Inu-Yasha. Haven't watched yet, but I checked just enough to see if I was completely damned here. Good news, they got it right. At least for the first ep(we get an hour's worth every Friday). Second ep remains to be seen.
