Oct. 8th, 2005 01:15 amHmm, good evening all around.
We got some checks, approved for a loan to move, got the new Sonic comic, and FINALLY got Volume 8 of the MegaMan manga. 'Bout time, too.
And, to top it all off, I pwned Phoenix Magnion in Mega Man Zero 2. Now I'm stuck on the air raid. :P
Still, Phoenix used to be the tough one for me. Turns out less is more.
But I'm getting miffed at how elements don't seem to be doing jack squat to bosses.
Getting Forms like mad, too. Energy, X, Rise so far, I believe...

Date: 2005-10-08 11:57 pm (UTC)To me at least, next to Mantisk, Phoenix is the toughest of the main Zero bosses and he is definitely the most wily of them. You have to take a wait-and-see approach. When he warps into place, "threaten" him by getting close and then strike him when he executes his attack. Anything else results in Phoenix giving a nasty counterattack.
