Yeah, I was kinda waiting to see the VGCats on this one. That's one thing I didn't consider before, the peripherals... But the thing is, if it means more money out of our pockets to play games that need them, it just means more success for Nintendo. Even if it's "risky" for Nintendo, it looks like they've got their butts covered financial-wise.

But if this becomes a trend, you just know Japan is going to come out with some awesome limited-edition peripherals that you won't really need. Like a life-size Master Sword maybe?

I wonder if developers will make their own perihperals. And whether they'll be included. Damn you, price gouging bastards. I was right though, wasn't I? It looks like the simplicity is totally useless with so many different periphs. More buttons? More sticks, doohickeys, knobs? Cuuuuurrses.
