Also: Nintendo has already been talking with key third party publishers about Revolution, and they're aware of the controller's unique possibilities. Iwata says most developers are interested in coming up with unique ideas for the machine that should fundamentally change even the simplest of ports.

Yeah, I wonder about the button extension port thing. I can't help but imagine a simple base controller with a unique controller adaptor for every game, thereby ruining the point of the simplicity...
