Here's the site. It appears that various "names" of the videogame industry are making shirt designs for Mario's 20th, which is quite cool. Getting special clothing from Japan can be a little tricky though, especially since it's usually not available in white-devil sizes.
Just don't confuse the dates here, it's not Mario himself who turned 20, it's Super Mario Bros. According to Donkey Kong's 1981 release, he's already 24 by now. But since SMB is one of his most important titles which gave birth to the Mushroom Kingdom and all the main Mario-elements, we could consider it his 2nd birth... -ish.
