Oh yes! Many times! But usually the two will combine together about halfway through the experience. My belief is that the pressure from the surrounding glans will squeeze the middle of the urethral-opening slightly together, forming two openings instead of one. When you have the added pressure of a stream of liquid waste pouring through, it seems to only enhance this, until finally the glans pushed away, allowing the urethral-opening to be forced open, allowing the two streams to cleave together, like a man to his wife.
