7/25 Penny Arcade front page news.

Scroll on down to the bottom post.

I want that.

Anyone who doesn't want that is not a gamer, simple as that.

I so wish I could enter.

I wouldn't even know what to do with all of that.

I know what I'd do first.

Ever watch Ducktales?

...er, not exactly what I meant.

Remember when Scrooge would swim around in his money bin?

I think that would hurt... you and the games...

Oh, ok.

Just sort of sounded like you meant going and watching Ducktales was a good idea.

Not that it isn't.

I wouldn't want them, just because I doubt I'd take the best care of them (plus I have no idea where I'd keep them all). To be honest I think they ought to go to a museum or something. Wouldn't that be awesome? A video game museum where you could play hundreds if not thousands of the classics, among other things. Eh, I'm sure they have one in Seattle or New York or somewheres like that.

Exactly... I'd have no room for them except for the unfinished basement, and with all the dust and pet hair down there I'd doubt it would be the best environment to keep them in.

I'd still like to have them, though.

I wouldn't exactly classify myself as a gamer, and I still want that!

Good Lordy. I'd probably never be able to play all those in my life. I'd decorate my wall with them. Buy a bunch of the NES cart sleeves and attach them to the wall, then place each game in one. That way I can just pick a game off the wall and put it in my NES, and play it. :)

Gotta be selected for the PAX Omegathon.

There will probably be more to the prize than that, if last year was any indication.

As I recall, around 7000 or more dollars worth of stuff there.

And they DID say that it was a complete set, so I bet MM5 and 6 are there.

In fact, I remember the auction. Every game but 6, and Mega Man games weren't among the missing.

Just now I start digging up NES games, and then I see this. I wonder if River City Ransom is in that pile along with a Nintendo Power Glove.
