Hmm, a little disappointed in 1UP.com. The other day, I submit a news item to Jane Pinckard regarding the Capcom presence at SDCC, and she seemed to appreciate the tip, but it was never posted. Too bad, I mean, how often does one get a chance to meet some of the creators of Street Fighter, get their autograph, and maybe even a personalized sketch from them, which they don't even do in Japan?

I know they're supposed to do some sort of wrap-up of the show, but unless you've got a time machine, I don't really see how it'd help let people know to get out there and show that there might be an audience for this sort of thing.

Oh well, I'm sure they did fine. Still have to wonder how they could have done, though...

No surprise. Like I said, that kind of thing is really too specific/fan-oriented to warrant a news item to itself.

Arguable, I guess. With news reports about Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments (http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3141670), Mega Man controllers, and Viewtiful Joe cartoons (http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3141623), I can't really tell much difference.

Oh well.
