@#$%&@!!!

That's what I've got to say about it.

I'm getting a bit fed up with this dinky apartment.

Specifically, this dinky apartment with little room to unpack.

This dinky apartment which we had to take lest we risk not finding anything else except our asses on the street due to eviction.

This dinky little apartment in which I cannot find my fucking DVD remote control.

This dinky little apartment in which I just found out after moving some stuff around that SOME OF MY FUCKING MEGA MAN FIGURES HAVE BEEN BENT!

Thank you, soft plastic... now NT ProtoMan's helmet has a twisted crest, and one of 10" Axl's guns is bent. And NT MegaMan's feet are bent closer together so that his feet aren't flush with the surface he stands on.

And everyone feels a bit looser, too.

@#$%&@!!!

Ah man, I'm sorry. I can sympathize with having some of your favorite stuff damaged due to packing/moving... Good luck finding that remote, though! Most DVD players can't even function without one, right?

It functions, bare-bones style. I can play, stop, pause, ff, rewind, and skip scenes back and forth.

But menus are impossible, so no extras.

If you can't find your DVD remote, get a universal remote. That'll work for your TV and DVD and let up on some space

Maybe, I've yet more cleaning to do, so it may turn up.

Of course, there's also the fact our TV has no remote, either. Didn't come with one, it was used.

But then, it's already starting to go or something, so I'm not sure I care to invest in something for it...

Well, when your TV goes, you can still use that remote for the new TV! just need to change the settings a little.

soft plastic bent? easily remedied, well... at least this method has always worked for me.

boil some water. dip the figure in it. just a few seconds. then force the part into position and let it sit there for a day or so. like for megaman's feet, place something between his feet that will hold them in the position they are supposed to be in. for axl's gun, use a popsicle stick with some tape or something, same with protoman.

this is how I un-warped RiD Stormjet's "ears" and a few other soft TF bits.

oh, by the way. resent the memory card, I got to check a box that said it wasnt explosive or combustable. 6 business days.

Really? Was flipping through eBay last night(for fun, mind; I like to keep tabs on the price of stuff we seek to replace, like Street Fighter Alpha 3, for instance), and some guy said that it now takes two weeks. Maybe it depends on how he ships vs. how you shipped.

Thanks for the plastic-bending tip, I'll give it a shot, though NT ProtoMan's crest seems a little small and thin to have much hold it... maybe I can find a toothpick...

Then again, turns out I had one that was off-center to start. Still, wasn't this bad.

Thanks again.

I understand what that's like, coming from a family of eight people and a dog. ALL of my shit gets destroyed. It's why I keep my Sonic shit locked up in a closet.

Last thing to get destroyed? $1000 Computer. Before that? Gamecube.

It's in no way easy to live like that, so good luck. You at least have a chance to possibly move. Lucky. ;_;

And that Boiled Water trick may come in handy...

That sucks, if it makes you feel better sometimes my NT Warrior figures have paint that peels. I tried repainting Blues' sword, but failed, I called Mattel to order a replacement part, but they don't have any. I even asked for the Cross Fusion Proto Man and Proto Soul sword. So do you put your figures some place hot, or did something else cause them to get bent?

It does get a bit hot in here, and I'm sure that being packed with a bunch of other stuff loose in box, despite my care, didn't help.

I hear some people who collect Star Wars toys sometimes put their toys in tupperware or put them in the fridge.
