I'm not sure if there's an ultimate list for all the quotes, but gamefaqs is usually a pretty good source when you search after individual games (at least one written faq for each game that lists up chara details should also show the quotes).

It probably stems from the idiocy of the boards and the sheer predictability of their character polls.

Otherwise, the site isn't that bad if you ignore those aspects of it.
