Did you remember the episode where a private eye, hired by Homer Simpson to keep tabs on Lisa Simpson so he can become the greatest dad ever? That was the episode, the Dad Who Knew Too Little. He gave this email address, chunkylover53@aol.com, to the private eye for email.

Executive producer Al Jean said the show's writer-producer Matt Selman registered the address chunkylover53@aol.com before the episode aired.

Jean told the New York Post: "He logged in the night that the episode aired and it was immediately filled with the maximum number of responses.
"He's tried to answer every one of them and then as soon as he answers a hundred, a hundred more pop in."
"It's like letters to Santa Claus, he's trying to answer them as Homer and give advice."

lol! I remember when I saw that episode, and immediately replyed to the adress with "I got Homer Simpsons mail! - Hi Homer!" ... but of course being the hard-of-hearing-english-spoken-dialogue-guy I am, I misplaced "chunky" with "junkie", schmirdn!
Nevertheless, I got a "hey there" reply a few days after.

At least now I know that I'm not the only geek out there who tries to research every internet related joke from Simpsons.
