Ugh.

I hate being sick. And I've been sick since late Monday night/early Tuesday morning, and missed a shift of work when my hours are already being cut. I don't feel too guilty, however, on that, as it was strictly my employers' prerogative as to whether I come in or not.

I didn't want to miss the hours, but I didn't want to go in, either. In other words, I lose no matter what, so I was ready to accept whatever they chose. Fortunately, they chose for me to stay home and get some rest. Fortunately, that is, until I see my paycheck missing five hours of pay :P

I won't go into detail, but at least the time off has given me plenty of time to "cleanse my body and soul," let's just say.

Still, I rather dislike it. Mostly because it feels most of my time is being wasted, but that's nothing new to me. Worse than that, my mind is probably as slagged as anything in my body right now...

...and that, I detest.

Can't say I'm really able to focus on too much for very long, and multitasking is all but out. I received a reply from Jazwares, which I'd sent an initial letter just before catching this, and I've not yet replied. I can't seem to keep my mind clear for long enough to manage a coherent response.

And yet, I can write this. Which I have to admit, I find interesting. I'm sure there's a logical explanation for why I can focus on some things like this, but not others. I'm just not sure I have the focus to find out.

Feels hot in here. Guess that's the penalty of summertime apartment living above-ground with no AC present.

Ugh, back. From where, you ask? Don't. It is true what they say, ignorance CAN be bliss.

Anyway, I don't know what compelled me to write this, or for anyone to read it(if they have). It's just one of those times you've got to write while it's there, you know?

My allergies have been making life less than pleasant for me as well. I had to deal with it during E3 a lot. Adam is also suffering from allergies, so you're not alone. Hope you get well soon bro.

Actually, this turns out to be viral, not allergetic, according to someone at the clinic.
