Is the voice of the Zero Virus in MegaMan Network Transmission the same voice actor who does Zero in the other Japanese series?

Zero in Transmission was played by Ugaki Hidenari, who also plays Bomberman in the EXE series. Not sure who plays Zero in the X series, I always forget his name. XD
