Fuck.

I rent WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw, my first foray back into wrestling in several months, and head straight into the "Create a Character"(or Player, Wrestler, whatever) mode, go through all the motions until I'm decently satisfied with what lies before me, and when I go to start a fucking match, it won't let me select my character!

So either this game is fucked up in some grand way I can't imagine, or I'm doing something wrong. Can someone help me out a little bit here?

Is your character female by any chance? SvR doesn't allow lady wrestlers in season mode or in certain types of matches (like first blood).

Can you pick the character in an Exhibition single? If you can, you're probably not doing anything wrong. The programmers are to blame.

Character is female, but I can't seem to get her to do any kind of match; I wanted to do exhibition... B&P, to be specific. :B

Crap, sounds like you can't use female wrestlers in B&P or Season modes... what's the fucking point? Damn, that's why I got this... I wanted to have Celeste go in there for that. :(

And Rumble Roses doesn't feature CAW, either. This blows.

Tell me about it. It took me four female CAWs to figure out that little evil. All they had to do was carry over the "other" gender category from the previous game and all would've been fine.

Still, you can use them however you like in Create-a-PPV mode. You can set up any type of match and fight for championships you create. It's about seven steps backward from HCTP's Season mode, but at least it's something.

Got the previous game, it still won't let use my characters in a B&P match, not even as "Other" gender.

And on SDVs.RAW, the Create-A-PPV feature didn't help, either; as soon as I set it for B&P, it switched to default Divas.

This whole thing blows.

Wish my best friend had SvR so I could help ou ut last WWE game he picked up was Here Comes the Pain. If SvR is lacking like that then damn, I'll know what evils to expect.
