First and foremost, get the games down to a reasonable $30 (with a few exceptions) to put them back in impulse buy territory. Second, aggressively expand the Virtual Console and price these reasonably as well. Apple and Google can boast millions of apps - but Nintendo has a crazy library of certifiably games that it can and should exploit. I want to be carrying around a portable NES/SNES, basically. Third, hammer out the battery issues and try to make the 3D more bearable for people like me whose eyes get all googly looking at it for more than 5 minutes.
