...I must've been absent that first week. I remember them being "Bad, but better than we've had before."

As an owner of the game, as his voice is pretty good. The character, of course, is still utterly sucktastic, but his voice is good. I actually like all of the voices, save for Signas who sounds a bit too much like they just woke up the VA and told him to read some lines.

I saw that after I posted, but felt the dreadlocks comment should stand. Looks like they're part of the control for his gun, huh?

Control for his gun.. in the back of his head? He better be able to make the ammo home-in then. Damn.

I think he drinks beer out of a container on his back with them.

...or, I bet that's what Mags would use them for.

No, those are the cords that Vile uses to control his shoulder cannon with his mind.

the hell Jungle Vava?

Maybe Vava decided he'd be cool if he looked more like Junk Man EXE.

I was as surprised by the new color scheme as anybody, but I think Vile's fancy new outfit gives us a clue to his character. He doesn't have a "motif" or "style," aside from the use of his preferred weapons, he doesn't really care what equipment he has or what it looks like, he just wants to do the job- the job being kicking X and Zero's asses. There is a little continuity from his last version- the yellow slashes echo the pink ones on his last suit, and his "long underwear" is still purple, if a dull shade. I particularly like the design for his weapons- the way they mount on his back like a bigass turret combined with the color scheme makes him look paramilitary, like the space marines from Aliens.

Curious about the symbol on his shoulder; the new bad guy faction with which he is aligned (temporarily of course)? Or is this his own insignia for once? I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Can't help but notice his belt hangs kind of loose on him... sorta reminds me of the female designs. Vile is fanservice now? o_O

I dunno, but it would be nice is they started doing fanservice for the female players.. After all, that's all Nana was as far as I'm concerned, especially with that CHAIR. OMG. That was just .. wrong.

Most MMX fans I know of are female, after all.

Then again, we pretty much see any character that suits our fancy as fanservice, so we don't need the added help like the guys do.. o_o;

No kidding. Hell, we men went without any females for the longest there...

When Nana came along most of the male fans said it was about time they got some fanservice. XD You've always had X and Zero, who seem capable of influencing hormones with or without tight pants. Then again, Iris seems to fit a lot of male fans' needs without tartwear either, so I guess it runs both ways.

Ironically, most MMX fans I know are male. ;)

Hmm, good eye; I hadn't caught that. But he did have his own symbol in X3, and that ain't it.

That's pretty cool. I don't like the shade of green, but provided the battleground is forested or in the wild, it could prove very beneficial. I also feel compelled to note that Master Chief wears a very tacky shade of green too. He should go with fucking black. Generic AND useful!
